2) PLACE AN ORDER

Your order must be placed directly on our website www.navdeal.com.

An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt.

The tracking of your order will be available on our website, so you can follow its progress.

 

 

3) SECURE PAYMENT

Payment for your order must be made by bank card:

• secure transaction with the "Stripe" system

The debit will take place on the date of validation of the order.

 

 

4) PRODUCT INFORMATION

The products sold by Navdeal.com can only be mounted on vehicles or systems recommended by the manufacturer or the equipment supplier, by a competent person and under their sole responsibility.

Navdeal.com can in no way be held responsible for the consequences of improper assembly or the use of an unsuitable product on a vehicle.

 

 

5) PRICE

The prices of our products are expressed in euros all taxes included excluding participation in shipping costs.

Whatever its country of origin, all orders are payable in euros. Navdeal.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the order.

 

 

6) AVAILABILITY

Navdeal.com will honor orders within the limits of available stocks from its suppliers.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and refusal of the delivery time or replacement products by the customer, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's credit card according to the method of payment used at most late within thirty (30) days of payment of the sums paid by the client.

 

 

7) DELIVERY

Products purchased on Navdeal.com are delivered to all countries of the European Union, to the address specified by the customer during the order.

Navdeal.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

The delivery times are, in ordinary period, 8 working days.

In case of non-receipt of a package within the time limits indicated, we refer to the tracking number of the shipment in order to know its status of delivery by post.

Shipping costs are invoiced on a lump sum basis by Navdeal and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

8) FORMALITIES AND PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

The products must be returned in their original packaging, unsealed, within 7 days of the date of receipt.

We remind you that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer.

The shipping costs relating to the sending of your initial order will in no case be reimbursed to the customer.

The costs of returning the package are borne by the customer.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange following a model error.

The return procedure will be sent to you by email.
